The accelerometer functional centrifugal testing system is mainly used for the qualitative analysis of the accelerometer within therange to ensure the pass rate ot the product in the range precision lest, The functional centrifuge generates centrifugal force in theprocess of rotation , f= ma , a = w2r. Our accelerometer is installed on the centrifugal arm , and the output of the accelerometerincreases with the increase of the speed w . Since the output value of the accelerometer is Dc curent ,the stability and accuracy ofthe current are closely related to the Ac component of the DC current. lf there are more Ac components in the Dc signal, thesianal will be unstable. We collect the voltage at both ends of the sampling resistance through the osciloscope , and the Accomponent will be very clear.

The centrifuge is composed of a mechanical table , a measuring and control cabinet and an industrial computer, which is mainlyused for the calibration of acceleration sensors and the acceleration stress screening test. it has smooth speed control ability. Theequipment adopts box type , the box cover is made into a semi-open (clamshell) state , and the box cover is closed when thecentrifuge is working.
