Hastelloy C-276 plate sheet metallographic structure: Hastelloy
C-27 plate sheet has a face-centered cubic lattice structure.
1. The lower the sulfur content in thermal processing fuel, the
better. The sulfur content in natural gas should be less than 0.1%,
and the sulfur content in heavy oil should be less than 0.5%.
2. The thermal processing temperature range of the C-276 plate
sheet is 1200℃-950℃, and the cooling method is water cooling or
rapid air cooling.
3. C-276 plate sheet Suitable for any traditional welding process,
such as tungsten electrode inert gas shielded welding, plasma arc
welding, manual sub-arc welding, metal pole inert gas shielded
welding, and melting pole inert gas shielded welding.
