Heat-resistant steel 321H/S32169/1.4940 Stainless steel plate/tube/roll
321H stainless steel is a high carbon austenitic stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature strength and good structural stability. Its chemical composition includes carbon (C) 0.04~0.10%, manganese (Mn) ≤2.00%, silicon (Si) ≤0.75%, chromium (Cr) 17.0~19.0%, nickel (Ni) 9~12.0%, phosphorus (P) ≤0.045%, sulfur (S) ≤0.03%, titanium (Ti) 4*(C+N)~0.70%.

Features
The main characteristics of 321H stainless steel include:
Corrosion resistance: It exhibits good corrosion resistance in
oxidizing media, especially suitable for environments with
anti-granular corrosion.
High temperature strength: Due to its high carbon content, 321H
stainless steel exhibits excellent creep resistance and rupture
strength at high temperatures, and is suitable for high temperature
working environments.
Organization stability: Titanium is added as a stabilizing
element to effectively prevent carbide precipitation and
intergranular corrosion, and no annealing is required after
welding.
Application areas 321H stainless steel is widely used in many
fields, including:
Chemical and petrochemical equipment: used to manufacture storage
tanks, pipelines, heat exchangers and chemical reactors, etc.
Petroleum and natural gas industry: commonly used in
high-temperature processing equipment in refineries, such as boiler
parts, super heater pipelines, etc.
Power plants: used for boiler parts, super heater pipelines, etc.
Aerospace, automotive industry: and food processing and
pharmaceutical equipment that requires high-temperature
sterilization.
Manufacturing process 321H stainless steel manufacturing processes
include hot working and cold working:
Hot working: including forging, hot rolling, hot extrusion, etc.,
the heating temperature is usually between 1150°C and 1250°C, the
holding time is usually 30 minutes to 2 hours, and the cooling
method can be air cooling or furnace cooling.
Cold processing: including cold rolling, cold drawing, cold
forging, etc. During the process, it is necessary to control the
deformation, use lubricants and take appropriate cooling measures.
1. Construction industry
As a high-strength metal material, stainless steel coils have the
characteristics of high temperature resistance, acid and alkali
resistance, anti-corrosion, and earthquake resistance, so they are
widely used in the construction industry. Such as exterior wall
panels, roofs, doors, windows, railings, decorative panels, etc.,
not only have a beautiful appearance, but also have good durability
and corrosion resistance, giving the building a longer service
life.
2. Home appliances
Stainless steel coil materials can be used to produce home
appliances, such as refrigerators, washing machines, etc. Stainless
steel materials have good corrosion resistance and easy cleaning,
so they can effectively protect electrical products from corrosion
and maintain a long service life. At the same time, its material is
smooth and beautiful, and it can also improve the appearance of
home appliances.
3. Automobile and aviation manufacturing
The automotive and aviation industries have put forward higher
requirements for metal materials, which require excellent corrosion
resistance, wear resistance, high strength and other properties. In
addition to its application in automobile exterior and interior
decoration, stainless steel materials are also widely used in
braking systems, exhaust systems, engine exhaust gas treatment
systems and other fields, which can effectively extend the service
life of motorcycles, cars, airplanes and other transportation
vehicles.
4. Light industrial manufacturing
Stainless steel coils are also used in light industrial
manufacturing, such as manufacturing toys, watches, daily
necessities, etc. Due to the smooth surface and easy cleaning of
stainless steel, these products are more fashionable, clean and
high-end, and are welcomed by consumers.
Stainless steel hot rolled coil: thickness 0.1-14mm, width 1000 or
1219 or 1500 or 1800 or 2000mm (including burrs)
Stainless steel cold rolled coil: thickness 0.3-3.0, width 1000 or
1219 or 1500 (including burrs)
surface group
NO.1, 2B, 2D, 3#, 4#, HL, BA
surface description
N0.1 After hot rolling, it undergoes heat treatment and pickling.
2B After cold rolling, heat treatment, pickling or similar
treatment, and finally smoothing to obtain appropriate gloss.
2D cold rolling followed by heat treatment, pickling or similar
treatment or matte surface.
3# Products ground with 100~200# grinding belt.
4# products ground with 150~180# grinding belt.
HL is polished with abrasive materials of appropriate particle size
to give the surface a continuous grinding pattern.
