Future industry manufacturing complex spans an area of nearly 7,000
square meters. It incorporates six high-speed aerosol valve
production lines and more than 30 special valve production lines.
Each year, Future industry aerosol can produce up to one billion
aerosol valves. Our main products are air freshener aerosol valve,
insecticide spray aerosol valve, butane gas aerosol valve,
carburetor cleaner aerosol valve, ribbon spray aerosol valve, snow
spray aerosol valve,paint spray aerosol valve, fluid spray aerosol
valve, portable stove gas aerosol valve, 360 degree aerosol valve,
powder spray aerosol vave. Also we have expanded the export market
of aerosol metering valves, aerosol caps and aerosol cans.We have
also built five standardized workshops to conduct different
operations in order to meet the requirements of various customers
to ensure we always meet production demands and timelines.
Production of the valve mounting cups is carried out in this
workshop. We use a high-speed automatic stamping machine to
transform high-quality steel plates into valve mounting cups. Due
to the high degree of its automation, this equipment can help to
reduce labor costs and increase production efficiency
significantly.
In addition, we utilize an efficient machine that can automatically
press an outer rubber ring into a valve mounting cup in order to
provide superior sealing performance in the process of final
assembly.
This workshop contains over 20 injection molding machines and three
injection molding lines. Among them, our injection molding machines
are used to produce a variety of accessories such as valve stems,
valve chambers, actuators, and spray caps, etc.
Due to efficient automation, we require a very small number of
staff to run these more than 20 injection molders. During the
production process, our quality control inspectors are responsible
for sampling and testing every batch of accessories. Additionally,
our injection molding line has the capability to produce various
sizes of dip tubes in automatic mode.
This workshop is used to assemble all kinds of accessories. It is
equipped with automated assembly equipment to greatly increase
production efficiency and provide our customers with enhanced
profits.
After assembly is completed, our valves will be automatically
counted and packed. We are proud to say we are one of the few
companies in the industry that possess advanced abilities in
product research and development. Every new product needs an
innovative mold. For this reason we utilize high-precision wire
cutting machines and machine tools that can form our molds into
exquisite shapes.
