2. Q: What is your delivery time?
A: We have 500+probes in stock, quick delivery by express.
For probes out of stock, about 3-5 working days(depends on model).
For customization, about 7 working days(depends on model).
3.Q: Is OEM &ODM available in your factory ?
A: Yes, we support OEM/ODM service. We can design and produce
products as per your requirement.
4. Q: What is your repair procedure? How to send probes to you for
repair?
A: We will analyse problem as per image and description, give you
estimated repair charge.
After that, you can send defective probes to our factory by our
instruction in package, invoice, express, etc.
After we get probes, our repair center will test each probe with
ultrasound systems and advanced probe testers, then provide you
with detailed testing report and repair charge.
We'll start to repair probes upon your final confirmation.
After your confirmation, we will start to repair and send probes
back.
5. Q: What is your warranty time?
A: Compatible probe:12-18months (Depends on model) after shipping
date.
Probe repair: Change scanhead/Cable, one year after shipping date.
Repair Lens/Membrane/Cable/Housing or for any other cosmetic
purpose, 6 months after shipping date.
6. Q: If we buy crystals directly, if you will give technical support?
A: We have designed many crystals which you can fit directly, such
as GE 4C/C1-5-D/3Sc-RS, Mindray 35C50EA/EB, etc.
For crystals need soldering, we will provide PINMAP to support you.
7. Q: What about your packing?
A: We will pack each probe in standard export carton with sponge or
according to your requirement.
8. Q: How can I place an order?
A: You can place order directly, we will issue Proforma Invoice for
you to pay by TT/Western Union/Moneygram, etc.
9. Q: Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% tested our goods by ultrasound systems and
testers before delivery.
We ensure all goods will be shipped in good condition.
10. Q: How about the image quality of your probes or probe repair
service?
A: We have good feedback from our customers. Some probes we can
provide image or video, Phantom image.
Any other requirement, let us know. Also your feedback is valuable.
11.Q: How about your after-sale service?
A: If you meet any problems in usage, our technical team will give
prompt guidance.
If the probe is not compatible with your machine or there are any
quality problems within warranty period. We will send a
replacement probe or refund the payment to you.
