The box has a volume of 18 cubic meters and is used for loading
household waste. It consists of a sealed garbage bin, a filler, a
shovel, a hydraulic transmission system, and an electrical control
system. The whole vehicle is a fully enclosed type, adopting
electrical and hydraulic integration technology. With the help of a
mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic joint automatic control
system, special devices such as garbage bins, fillers, and shovels
are used to achieve garbage dumping, crushing or flattening, and
strong lifting and filling, squeezing garbage into the carriage and
compacting and unloading it. During the compression process, all
the sewage enters the sewage tank, solving the problem of secondary
pollution during garbage transportation. Users can choose to
install different flipping mechanisms according to different
garbage collection methods: flipping standard garbage iron bucket
ZBT59003-88 (300L), plastic garbage bin (240L), plastic garbage bin
(660L), and can also choose to install flipping mechanisms such as
triangular bucket, large floor bucket garbage bin, and swing arm
garbage bin. Pneumatic sealing caps can be optionally installed.
C. Main performance and characteristics
1. The box body is made of reinforced beams and high-strength steel
plates welded together to form a sturdy frame structure. It is made
of high-quality Q345 special steel from Wuhan Iron and Steel Group,
with 6mm sides and 6mm bottoms. The overall edge plate of the
curved box body is aesthetically pleasing, with good stress and no
deformation; The push shovel is composed of a rectangular tube
skeleton and a folding panel, which not only has a lightweight
structure but also can evenly distribute garbage and discharge
materials thoroughly and cleanly.
2. The welding seam of the box adopts the first domestic robot
automated welding process, which does not scrape dust or leak
water. The box has a beautiful appearance, strong pressure
resistance, firm structure, larger loading capacity, and a dirty
water tank on the side of the box.
3. The key components of the electrical hydraulic system adopt
well-known brands: equipped with Jiangsu Zhongmei/Weisenbole
multi-channel valves, Anhui Wanye/Changyuan hydraulic oil pumps,
Siemens PLC control system (optional CAN) (two control boxes in
total) with remote control, Jiangsu Feida/Hubei Boli hydraulic
cylinders. All sealing components of the oil cylinder adopt the
HALLITE brand imported from the UK to ensure the service life of
the oil cylinder. A bidirectional balance valve is installed in the
hydraulic system of the lifting filler. This valve not only ensures
a smooth descent of the filler, but also isolates the direct
connection between the lifting oil cylinder and the hydraulic hose.
Even if the oil pipe bursts, the filler will not suddenly fall,
improving the safety of use.
4. The tail feeding flipping mechanism is widened and thickened,
and the shaft sleeve of the flipping mechanism adopts quenching
processing technology. The main pin of the flipping arm adopts
through and double-sided welding technology, which is sturdy and
durable, and will not break
5. The filler assembly is mainly composed of components such as the
filler housing, skateboard, scraper, etc. The filler slide is
formed by cold bending of high-strength wear-resistant materials,
and both sides of the skateboard are made of integral nylon
sliders, which have self-lubricating properties, high stability,
easy maintenance, and better wear resistance; The force bearing
part of the scraper adopts local reinforcement treatment, and the
structure is firm. The lower curved plate is made of high-strength
wear-resistant materials, and there are leakage ports processed on
the curved plate, which facilitate the internal sewage of the
filler to flow into the lower sewage storage box and avoid sewage
leakage during transportation. A large capacity sewage storage box
is set at the lower part of the filler, and there are
large-diameter galvanized sewage discharge ports on both sides of
the sewage box.
6. Advanced electronic control system: Adopting imported PLC
(programmable logic controller) integrated control, adopting logic
circuit to ensure that each operation instruction is executed in
sequence, while ensuring interlocking between each operation
instruction, reducing the occurrence rate of faults and improving
reliability; Automatic control of engine power output: The engine
power output control, also known as throttle control, can be fully
automated through the electrical system to meet the power
requirements for garbage filling cycles and pushing and unloading.

reducing power loss and failure rates, reducing fuel consumption,
and improving usage economy.
7. Convenient operation control. The operation control box is
installed inside the driver's cab and on the right side of the rear
of the vehicle, with an emergency stop button on the left side and
a remote control. The operation control box inside the driver's cab
can control the pushing and unloading of materials and select
operation modes (such as automatic or manual). The operation
control box at the rear of the vehicle controls the operation of
the filling mechanism and the bucket flipping mechanism, making it
very convenient to use and operate. The work of each institution
has three operating modes: automatic, manual, and remote control.
