Working principle:
Using the high temperature generated by electrode arc to melt ore
and metal, electrical energy is input into the furnace through
graphite electrodes, and the arc between the electrode end and the
furnace material is used as the heat source to convert electrical
energy into thermal energy for melting the furnace material and
completing the subsequent high-temperature metallurgical reaction.
Structural characteristics:

lifting, furnace cover rotation, and furnace body tilting. It has
the advantages of smooth transmission, fast response speed, and
high control accuracy, and can accurately control various
operations of the electric arc furnace.

cover, effectively reducing the temperature of the furnace wall and
