Product Description:
The condensate water recovery device can be steam-driven or electric-driven according to different user requirements. The recovered condensate water can be directly returned to the boiler or to a specified location designated by the user. The condensate water recovery device mainly consists of a dedicated condensate water recovery pump, motor, recovery tank, cavitation elimination device, liquid level sensor, magnetic flip liquid level gauge, pressure gauge, filter, pressure regulating valve, blowdown valve, control panel, and other components.
Steam condensate water enters the tank through a steam trap, where steam and water are separated. When the liquid level sensor detects a high liquid level in the tank, it sends a high-level signal to the control panel. The control panel then activates the condensate water recovery pump. The high-temperature condensate water and a small amount of secondary steam are transported through the pump's cavitation elimination device and filter into the water tank (or the specified location designated by the customer). This completes the entire process of steam condensate water recovery.
When the liquid level sensor detects a low liquid level in the tank, it sends a low-level signal to the control panel. The control panel then shuts off the condensate water recovery pump. The recovery device operates in fully automatic control mode, with dual pumps operating in a backup mode and automatically switching between them. Simply turning on the power enables the device to operate.

Product Applications:
(1) It is used in industrial enterprises in the papermaking,
chemical, petroleum, printing and dyeing, textile, brewing, rubber,
and other industries with steam heating systems for closed-loop
condensate water recovery.
(2) It can also be used for steam condensate water recovery in
hotels, hospitals, and other civil buildings. It conveniently and
effectively converts the condensate water generated by the indirect
heat exchange system into closed-loop recovery, making it a product
that replaces conventional open condensate water tanks.

storage tank is generally below 0.1MPa. The system can achieve a

and closing, automatic alarms, automatic pressure regulation, and
automatic switching of condensate water pumps. The equipment has
good overall integrity and is easy to install and maintain.
(6) Flexible installation: It can be installed at the beginning of
the return water pipeline or according to the layout of steam-using
equipment, it can be installed underground.
