ASD-160 is a polymer adsorbent built upon a styrene-divinylbenzene
framework, integrated with specialized functional moieties. These
distinct functional moieties possess the ability to selectively
engage with phosphoric acid and arsenate present in water, leading
to the formation of stable, small molecular assemblies which
efficiently eliminate phosphorus and arsenic contaminants from
drinking water sources.
