Usage Instructions:
- Step 1: After printing your design on DTF film with DTF ink, apply a generous and even layer of DTF hot melt powder over the printed area.
- Step 2: Shake off any excess powder to ensure a smooth and even coating.
- Step 3: Cure the powder using a heat press or an oven. The recommended temperature is 160-180°C (320-350°F) for 2-4 minutes, depending on the thickness of the print.
- Step 4: Once cured, the design will be ready to be transferred to fabric. Use a heat press at 160-170°C (320-340°F) for 10-15 seconds.
- Step 5: Peel off the film once the transfer process is complete, ensuring a clean, vibrant print.
