Product Description:

The D series air cooler is a type of cooling equipment used in-stores that operate with a Freon refrigeration unit. The different models in the D series - DL, DD, and DJ - divide according to their use temperature and can be used for varying store temperatures.

The DL type air cooler is primarily suited for cold storage at approximately 0℃. The DD type air cooler is mainly suitable for maintaining a temperature of 18℃ in cold storage. On the other hand, the DJ type air cooler is most appropriate for a quick-freezing store with temperatures below -25℃.

Shell Design

The shell is made using spraying technology or embossed aluminum plate and treated with spraying to ensure strong corrosion resistance and a beautiful appearance.

Coil Arrangement

The coil is arranged in a novel way to reduce wind side resistance. The copper tube is tightly attached to the fin by mechanical expansion tube after installation, which reduces the contact thermal resistance and increases the heat transfer efficiency.

Fan Motor

A special fan motor is selected with characteristics such as low power consumption, large air volume, low noise, and long range. It ensures normal operation even in humid and low-temperature conditions.

Electric Heating Tube

The U-shaped tubular stainless steel electric heating tube with strong insulation is used. The electric heating tube is inserted into the coil. The spacing distribution and power design are reasonable, resulting in short defrosting time and a good effect.

Hanger Design

The slot-type hanger is used for easy lifting.
