Product Description

The extruder side-open screw barrel is optimally designed on a 6D barrel configuration. It features a lateral feeding port on the side of the barrel and a rear exhaust port positioned above the barrel. This design ensures the efficient introduction of powders and granules into the main chamber via the lateral feeding port. The heating, cooling, and automatic temperature control mechanisms of the extruder side-open screw barrel are comparable to those found in closed-end barrels.

There are some differences between Nanxiang Machinery and Nanjing's production technology. Their finishing process is carried out before heat treatment, and the deformation after heat treatment is not controlled, so their accuracy is not easy to control. But our finishing process is carried out after heat treatment, which can eliminate the deformation of parts in heat treatment, so the precision is higher, and thus can achieve zero seam connection.
