Excellent Anti-Stick Rubber Mold Release Agent for Silicone Rubber Parts
Lubekote 9700S is a concentrated polymer solution for silica gel release agent, which has low friction and excellent release anti-stick properties. The release agent is mainly used for the release of various rubber products such as rubber die. It also has the same excellent demoulding effect on the surface of metal mold and non-metal mold.

Application:
In order to obtain the best release effect, the mold surface should
be the first to clean and dry, all previously used trace release
agents should be cleaned, the usual brushing method can be used,
such as spraying, scraping, brushing, spraying effect is better, it
is best to heat the coating surface to more than 100 degrees
spraying, the water completely and quickly evaporated. For the new
mold, two layers of coating should be sprayed, the release agent
should be brushed in each cycle in a timely manner within the first
few cycles, when the mold reaches the ideal condition, one brushing
can be applied to more a cycle. According to different processes
can be diluted with deionized water 20-40 times or higher dilution
ratio used.
