windows 10 pro English for free, other languages can be selected
among:

etc. Please inform us which language you want to install. Other
systems we can install free are like Linux, Ubuntu etc if you need.
Seller is NOT responsible and makes no compensation for trial OEM
system.
Q: What brand of Ram, SSD and HDD I buy here?
A: Accessories as Ram, SSD, HDD, we use famous brand: samsung,
micron, SanDisk, toshiba, hynix, crucial, liteon, kingfast, phison
etc, what brand we use depends on our test and our stock.
Q: Can I get some samples?
A: We are honored to offer you samples for quality check, MOQ is 1

1. We send to buyer's address specified on Aliexpress. Please check
your address/city/ post code, making sure it's matched with you
shipping address.
2. We can't control the delivery time because it is processed by
Third-party service. If parcel has not arrive within expected
time, please contact us, we will extend the delivery date before
open dispute.
3. Normally we shipping free by faster shipment such as DHL,
EMS,Fedex,Our express agent special line,etc.it depends on
different countries and different cases.but for those remote
areas,we have to shipping free by registered post, it will be
slower than EMS, DHL,Fedex,etc.you can also add extra fee for DHL

Q: How about Tax?
1. Normally we declare item as MINI PC CASE or TV BOX with
value(like $20-$100), buyers are fully responsible for paying fees
involved, such as dispatching fees, storage costs, brokerage, taxes

2. If you have special requirement of the value,please leave a

3. Due to the tax problem, buyer refuse to receive the goods, buyer
need to be fully responsible for the freight back and

reliable and professional technical team. Motherboard warranty time
3 years, ram, hard drive, accessories(excluding gift) etc warranty
time 1 year.
2. Within warranty time, if mini PC appear non-human damages and
quality problems, buyer return Mini PC or Mini PC components, we
free repair/exchange Mini PC or Mini PC components ( include RAMs,
Hard Drive, Motherboard and other accessories ). Within 1 month,
seller bear all the shipping cost for return(maximum 15USD)and
resend;Over 1 month to 1 year, buyer self bear the shipping cost
for return and seller bear shipping cost for resend; Over 1 year to
3 years, buyer bear all shipping cost return and resend.
3. Within 15 days, we accept refund or exchange goods (buyer bear
all the shipping cost, if non-human damages and quality problem,
we bear all shipping cost.
4. All time calculate from the day buyer receive goods.
