Welding fin tubes with serrated helical fins which a base tube made of ASTM A312 TP347 stainless steel are Better suited for applications involving corrosive environments and high temperatures, such as in chemical processing, petrochemical, and renewable energy industries. While Grade P9 more suited to high-pressure, high-temperature environments such as in power generation and industrial furnaces. ASTM A312 TP347: Austenitic stainless steel stabilized with columbium, offering excellent corrosion and oxidation resistance. And TP347 best for applications requiring high corrosion resistance and stability at elevated temperatures.


HFW Serrated Fin Tubes means High Frequency Welded Helical Spiral Serrated Fin Tubes. HFW serrated fin tubes serrated fins cut from metal strip and then helically wound around the base tubes. This serrated fin has better heat transfer properties compared to solid fins.The serrated fin tubes have better heat transfer effect than solid fin tubes. And the serrated fins also improve the function of preventing ash deposition.The High Frequency Welded Spiral Serrated FinTube is one of the most widely used HFW spiral fin tubes, and is usually used in power plants, waste treatment systems and petrochemical industries and so on.
