Cast Steel Stainless Steel Vertical Type DRVZ Slient Check Valve
Product introduction:
The H42H series vertical check valve can prevent medium backflow and play a medium check role. The H42H vertical check valve is in an open state when the inlet pressure is higher than the outlet pressure. Due to the pressure of the medium at the inlet end of the pipeline, the valve disc in the top opening check valve automatically opens; When the pressure of the medium at the inlet end is low at the outlet end, the spring pushes the valve disc towards the valve seat, causing the valve to close and preventing the medium from flowing back.
The H42 series vertical check valve can be installed horizontally
or vertically. If a spring is required for horizontal pipeline
installation, a spring is not required for vertical pipeline
installation. The valve disc will automatically close under its own
weight and the pressure of the countercurrent medium.

Product features:
1. The streamlined design of the valve body cavity reduces sharp
bends, corners, and protrusions, thereby reducing fluid resistance.
2. The valve disc is designed with a conical shape before and
after, which greatly reduces fluid resistance and reduces noise
caused by turbulence.
3. The closing stroke of the valve disc is short, only 1/4 of the
nominal diameter, which reduces the closing time of the valve disc
and reduces the generation of water hammer.
4. The valve uses springs to accelerate the closing speed of the
valve disc and reduce the generation of water hammer.
