ZZWPE Series self operated electric temperature control valve is an
advanced temperature control equipment that combines the advantages
of electric actuators and self operated temperature control valves,
enabling automatic, fast, and accurate temperature control. Self
operated electric temperature regulating valves are widely used in
various industrial and civil fields, such as chemical,
pharmaceutical, food, textile, heating, etc., to improve the energy
efficiency and safety of equipment.
A self operated electric temperature control valve is to drive the
valve body through an electric actuator, change the flow rate and
direction of the fluid medium, and achieve the purpose of
temperature control. Electric actuators are composed of servo
motors, reducers, position sensors, etc., and have the
characteristics of high precision and fast response. A self
operated temperature regulating valve is composed of a valve body,
valve core, spring, etc. It changes the position of the valve core
by sensing the temperature changes of the fluid medium, thereby
regulating the flow rate and direction of the medium.
In a self operated electric temperature control valve, when the
temperature sensor detects a temperature change, it will transmit a
signal to the electric actuator. After receiving the signal, the
electric actuator will drive the valve body to change the position
of the valve core to regulate the flow rate and direction of the
medium. During this process, the function of the spring is to
provide the original positioning force to ensure the stability of
the valve core in its initial position. At the same time, the
spring can also provide a certain restoring force when the valve
core is disturbed, to ensure that the valve core can quickly
recover to the correct position.
