Customizability Ultra Pure Water Purification System - Polishing Mixer System
1 . Descriptions:
Mixed Bed Units are an ion exchange method used in Ultra Pure Water Purification Systems where superior water quality is needed. They are typically the last treatment step in the water treatment process train. Typically, these beds are categorized into primary and secondary polishing beds. The primary polishing bed elevates the EDI water purity to a resistivity of over 17 MΩ. The secondary polishing bed further enhances the water resistivity to exceed 18 MΩ. These beds achieve polishing by utilizing resin, which needs replacement once exhausted. The uniformly mixed resin layer, comprising both cation (Yang) and anion (Yin) resins, functions similarly to an array of composite beds, effectively performing ion exchange, ensuring the high-quality standards required in an Ultra Pure Water Purification System.

3 . Specificities:
1.High and Stable Water Quality: The mixed bed maintains superior water quality, with minimal impact from short-term operational changes (e.g., variations in inlet water quality or flow rates).
2.Minimal Impact from Continuous Operation: Continuous operation has negligible effects on water quality, and the system quickly restores optimal water quality after shutdowns.
3.Clear Exchange Endpoint: The endpoint of ion exchange is distinctly apparent, ensuring efficient and effective purification.
