Customizability Water Treatment System - Membrane Pump
1 . Descriptions:
The Diaphragm Pump apply to wastewater treatment system and pure
water treatment system, often referred to as diaphragm pump, is a
pump that pumps and discharges liquid through the movement of
diaphragms. Its working principle is to use one or more elastic
diaphragm to divide the pump chamber into two studios, through the
compressed air or liquid to make the diaphragm periodic movement,
so as to realize the liquid suction and discharge. Membrane pumps
usually consist of a pump head, diaphragm, drive unit and valve.
The pump chamber is divided into two parts by the diaphragm,
respectively, the liquid into the suction chamber and the liquid is
discharged from the discharge chamber, usually made of soft elastic
materials, such as rubber or Viton. The diaphragm separates the
liquid in the pump chamber from the driving part (usually air or
liquid). The diaphragm begins to vibrate or move when a driving
force (usually pneumatic or hydraulic) is applied to the diaphragm.

4 . Appliance:
1. Corrosive liquid transportation: As the membrane pump can be
manufactured with corrosion-resistant materials, it can safely
transport corrosive liquids such as strong acid and alkali.
2. Conveying of viscous liquid: It is suitable for conveying high
viscosity chemical products, such as resin, glue, paint and so on.
3. Sewage treatment: Membrane pumps are used to convey sewage,
sludge and waste liquid containing solid particles.
4. Exhaust gas treatment: In the exhaust gas treatment system, it
is used for conveying exhaust gas washing liquid and neutralizer.
