The CMF9000 Series digital development type gas mass flowmeter employs a microelectromechanical system (MEMS) flow sensor chip, making it suitable for various applications involving clean, relatively dry small flow gas measurement and process control. Its unique packaging technology ensures the product can accommodate different flow measurement ranges, providing high sensitivity, high reliability, high stability, and low cost.
The CMF9000 series integrates a MEMS flow sensing unit with a high-precision digital processing and calibration circuit (MCU). This includes an integrated Δ-Σ A/D converter, logic circuit with internal calibration function, MCU processor, and display unit module. Together, these components ensure real-time, effective acquisition of sensing signals, accurate flow signals, and the application of the necessary compensation algorithm. The design of the flowmeter eliminates the need for external calibration compensation, ensuring high-precision flow output. The user-friendly digital output communication mode allows for easy access to comprehensive data information, broadening the product's application range.
