High-Temperature Pure Nickel Wire Nickel 201/N 02201/2.4061/N7 For Hydrogen Energy

Nickel 201 is a commercially pure nickel alloy (99.6% minimum nickel content) with a low carbon content (max 0.02%), which enhances its performance in high-temperature applications. This alloy offers excellent resistance to corrosion in a variety of harsh environments, including acidic, alkaline, and seawater conditions. Nickel 201 retains its mechanical properties, even at elevated temperatures, making it suitable for use in heat exchangers, chemical processing equipment, and other high-temperature industrial environments.

The alloy is known for its good electrical and thermal conductivity, non-magnetic properties, and excellent weldability, making it easy to fabricate into various shapes and forms. Its low carbon content helps prevent embrittlement at high temperatures, which is a key advantage over other alloys in similar applications. Nickel 201 is commonly used in industries such as aerospace, food processing, chemical processing, and marine environments.

Key applications include heat exchangers, chemical reactors, seawater piping, and pharmaceutical equipment. Its combination of strength, corrosion resistance, and high-temperature stability makes it a valuable material in demanding industries where durability and performance under extreme conditions are required.
