Energy Efficient 0.5 Tonnes Industrial Ultrafiltration Water Treatment Equipment
Production Description
0.5 tonne ultrafiltration equipment is a kind of high-efficiency water treatment equipment, which is widely used in the fields of drinking mineral water, spring water, industrial ultrafiltration water, etc. It can also be used as the pre-treatment of pure water equipment. It takes pressure as driving force, and uses different pore sizes of ultrafiltration membrane to separate impurities in the liquid, so as to get purified water. The equipment has the advantages of small footprint, high degree of automation, stable water quality and so on.
Performance Parameters
Model: Different models according to manufacturers.
Treatment capacity: 0.5 tonnes/hour (i.e. 500L/h), suitable for
small and medium scale water treatment needs.
Filtration precision: usually between 0.002~0.1μm, can effectively
filter out bacteria, colloid, suspended matter, protein and other
macromolecular substances in solution.
Working pressure: according to the different design and material of
the equipment, the working pressure will be different, but
generally not more than 0.45MPa.
Working temperature: generally between 10℃~45℃, too high or too low
temperature may affect the operating efficiency of the equipment
and the service life of the membrane.
Power supply: it needs to be energised for operation, the specific
power depends on the equipment model and configuration.
Water inlet calibre: generally standard size, such as 40mm, etc.,
easy to connect with the pipeline.
Water outlet: mostly direct drinking or pipeline output to meet
different water needs.
Installation and maintenace
Appearance check: Regularly check whether the appearance of the
equipment is intact and undamaged, with no obvious damage or
deformation.
Internal cleaning: Regularly clean the inside of the equipment to
remove accumulated pollutants and bacteria. You can use
ultrafiltration through the liquid or pure water with additives for
cleaning, cleaning time and frequency according to the use of
equipment and manufacturer's recommendations.
Piping and Valve Inspection: Regularly inspect the piping and
valves of the equipment to see if they are working properly, as
well as checking that the power and water sources of the equipment
are properly connected and supplied.
Pressure monitoring: Real-time monitoring of the inlet and outlet
pressure and flow rate of the equipment to ensure that the
equipment operates within the normal pressure difference. If the
pressure is abnormal, timely measures need to be taken to deal with
it.
Water quality monitoring: Regularly test the water quality of the
effluent to ensure that the water quality meets the relevant
standards and requirements. If the water quality does not meet the
standards, you need to analyse the reasons and take appropriate
measures to deal with it.
Regular maintenance: according to the use of equipment and
manufacturer's recommendations, regular maintenance and repair of
equipment. This includes replacing aging parts, checking electrical
connections, etc.
