Production Description

Check the influent water quality regularly.
The quality of the influent water is critical to the proper
operation of the EDI equipment.The conductivity, hardness, organic
content and other parameters of influent water should be tested
regularly.If the hardness of the influent water is too high,
calcium and magnesium ions in the water may scale inside the
equipment, affecting the effect of ion exchange and
electrodialysis.
For example, an online water quality monitor can be installed to
monitor the quality of influent water in real time.If it is found
that the quality of influent water does not meet the requirements
of the equipment, such as a sudden increase in conductivity, it may
be necessary to pretreat the influent water, such as adding
activated carbon filtration or softening devices, to ensure the
quality of influent water for EDI equipment.
