This assembly machine is specialized equipment designed for the
assembly of the internal bottom valve system of the automobile
shock absorber. The tightening of the nut and pressing of the
cylinder are performed. The assembly table consists of a valve
assembly station, a nut
tightening station, and a cylinder pressure assembly station. The
assembly station has a valve
selection mechanism that can push out 6 different valve plates at
once. After assembly, the
bottom valve nut is locked and then transferred to the pressing
station for bottom valve pressing.
