Working principle of pellet machine:

It consists of feeding conveyor, crushing, compressor and discharging machine. The compressor consists of frame, motor, feed port, transmission system, pressure roller, ring die, electric heating ring, discharging port and other parts. The straw or forage to be pressed is chopped or kneaded, with a length of less than 50mm and a moisture content of 10~25%. The material is fed into the feed port through the feeding conveyor, and the main shaft rotates to drive the pressure roller to rotate. After the pressure roller rotates, the material is forced to be squeezed out of the model hole in blocks, and falls from the discharging port and is bagged.
