Jaw crusher machine working principle:
The jaw crusher adopts a crank double-rod mechanism. Although the
movable jaw is subjected to a large crushing reaction force, its
eccentric shaft and connecting rod are not subjected to much force.
Therefore, it is mostly made into large and medium-sized machines
in the industry to crush hard materials. In addition, when the jaw
crusher is working, the motion trajectory of each point on the
movable jaw is an arc centered on the axis. The radius of the arc
is equal to the distance from the point to the axis. The arc at the
upper end is small and the arc at the lower end is large. The
crushing efficiency is low. Due to the simple motion track, the
swing jaw crusher has a compact and simple structure, and the
eccentric shaft and other transmission parts are subjected to less
force; due to the small vertical displacement of the movable jaw,
there is less over-crushing of materials during processing, and the
wear of the movable jaw plate is small and wear-resistant and
durable. Through the relative movement of the movable jaw plate and
the fixed jaw plate, the material entering the crushing chamber is
clamped, and then the material is crushed with the help of the
movement of the two jaw plates.
Advantages:
1. The movable jaw plate is connected to the drive shaft through
two elbow joints, which has higher crushing efficiency and output.
The crushing ratio is large. The V-shaped crushing chamber design
is adopted in the design. The coarse crushing chamber is deep and
has no dead zone. The bite is strong and the material is
unobstructed. The material will not be blocked in the crushing
chamber, which improves the production efficiency.
2. Wide range of use. The adjustment range of the discharge port is
large, which effectively increases the flexibility of operation and
can meet the various production requirements of users.
3. Jaw crusher machine equipment has low noise during the
production process, and the matching dust removal equipment can
effectively reduce dust pollution. The internal structure is more
precise, and the deeper crushing chamber ensures higher production
efficiency.
