Introduction:
The design of hydraulic cone crusher combines hydraulic technology and the function of cone crusher. The hydraulic cone crusher is mainly composed of frame, transmission device, eccentric shaft, bowl-shaped bearing bush, crushing cone, crushing wall, mortar wall, adjustment device, adjustment sleeve, hydraulic control system, hydraulic insurance system, dust ring, material distribution plate, hydraulic station for adjusting discharge port, etc. In terms of working principle, the hydraulic cone crusher drives the eccentric shaft to perform periodic swing motion under the axis line through the transmission of the electric motor, so that the material is crushed in the crushing chamber due to extrusion and grinding.
Working principle:
The bulk material to be crushed enters the feed port of the cone
crusher through the feeding device, and the material is crushed
between the passive cone (dynamic cone) and the static cone in the
crushing chamber. The dynamic cone rotates around the central axis
to form an up and down movement. The rotation of the dynamic cone
causes the material to be squeezed and sheared between the dynamic
cone and the static cone, thereby achieving crushing. The material
is continuously compressed in the crushing chamber of the cone
crusher until the required particle size is reached. The crushed
material is discharged through the discharge port and enters the
next process or finished product storage.
