Introduction:
The copper wire crusher adopts advanced design, reasonable
structure and reliable operation. This production line can not only
process thick wires that ordinary crushers can handle, but also has
a good separation effect on very fine wires. It is a dry structure,
including a crushing system, a conveying system, a dust removal
system, a gravity separation system, and a control system. The raw
materials of the cable wire will first be put into the crusher, and
then enter the crusher to get small pieces of wire, and then our
pulse air separator will suspend the copper and plastic on the
screen, and separate the copper from the plastic by the weight
method and the friction generated by the mesh surface. In order to
improve the purity and capacity, the remaining materials will be
sent to our high-voltage electrostatic separator. This model system
includes the first crusher, pulse air separator, dust and fiber
collection system and high-voltage electrostatic separator.The
copper wire recycling granulation machine is equipped with a dust
removal device that can instantly capture and absorb dust particles
in the crushing process and dispose of them, so that the air
quality is effectively guaranteed and the processing process is
more environmentally friendly.
Working principle of copper wire recycling granulation machine:
The messy waste wires will be conveyed to the shearing shredder
through the feed, and the cutting head will suck the wires into the
cutting chamber. The optical cable is cut into fragments under
strong shearing and discharged from the discharge port to the next
processing port of the conveyor for crushing. The waste wires cut
into small fragments are crushed by the high-speed running blades
in the crushing chamber. Plastic and aluminum copper wires are
discharged from the discharge port after input separation. The
plastic box metal is completely separated by transmission
separation, forming the entire crushing and sorting process.
