The ZR series Roots drum is a new product developed by our company
based on years of manufacturing experience to meet the needs of
users for high flow and high-pressure fans. This series of products
is the essence of technology in the development of RR series
blowers and L series blowers produced with imported technology, and
the high-efficiency and energy-saving roots blower developed with
special impeller profile.
Product Features
- Adopting a large round head gradually opening linear impeller,
advanced and reasonable, with high overall efficiency.
- The main components are processed using machining centers and CNC
equipment. The gears are made of 5-level precision lightweight
alloy steel gears, which have high precision and reliable
operation.
- The fuel tank adopts a new structure such as an oil tray, which has
good heat dissipation. It can increase the pressure by 49kPa
without the need for cooling water, saving usage costs.
- The casing and wall panels adopt a horizontal split structure for
easy maintenance.
