Product Overview
The glass fiber dust collection net is made of high-quality glass
fibers and serves as an eco-friendly green and white layered
filtration material. The fibers are finer and arranged more
uniformly and orderly. During operation, friction with compressed
air generates static electricity on the glass fiber coating
barrier, enabling it to effectively absorb excess overspray
particles produced during operation and reduce environmental
pollution. Using this filter ensures that exhaust air is more
eco-friendly and recirculated air remains cleaner. Regular
replacement prevents clogging from paint particles and
environmental contamination.

Composed of high-strength continuous monofilament glass fibers with a progressively layered structure for high capture efficiency.
Excellent compressibility, maintains shape integrity, and features filtering fibers optimized for retaining paint mist and dust.
The filter material is green and white: the green side represents the air intake surface, while the white side faces outward.
Elasticity with minimal pressure loss, delivering outstanding capture and filtration efficiency for dense and tightly packed paint mist (G3 and G4 efficiency).
Compliant with DIN 4102 F1 flame-retardant standards.
Strong moisture resistance, capable of withstanding 100% relative humidity.
