Zero Dynamic’s Two Station Water Pump Motor Rotor Automatic Balancing Machine, Customized Automatic Balancing Machine is a customized automatic balancing machine for customer's long shaft water pump motor rotor. Based on the principle of centrifugal force, the equipment carries out rotor vibration analysis through vibration sensor, and then calculate amount of unbalance, then to determine where to add or remove the balance of the mass and its location, and ultimately realize the balance of water pump motors.
The balancing test station of Zero Dynamic’s Two Station Water Pump Motor Rotor Automatic Balancing Machine, Customized Automatic Balancing Machine adopts servo drive and positioning, measures and collects vibration data, and automatically calculates the unbalance angle and value and milling correction value and position. The main functions of the balancing machine software include balancing test system, balancing data storage, data statistics after qualified judgment, ISO1940 dynamic balancing calculation and other functions.
