Zero Dynamic's Fan Blade Pump Impeller Vertical Dynamic Balancing
Machine is applicable for dynamic balance correction for heat dissipation
fan from 2.5cm to 8cm. The equipment improves product quality by
reducing fan unbalance value and making the product run with low
vibration and low noise.
Zero Dynamic's Fan Blade Pump Impeller Vertical Dynamic Balancing
Machine adopts Self-developed high-precision spindle (which can
effectively eliminate the transmission error of the stator base) ,
high-precision accelerometer sensor and customized data acquisition
card. Together with Zero Dynamic’s self-developed dynamic balance
software, the equipment can achieve high accuracy balance
measurement (meets ISO1940 G1 standard).
