Zero Dynamic’s Soft Bearing Rotor Balancing Machine High Precision Belt Drive Rotor Balancer is mainly applicable for double plane balance for magnetic & non-magnetic rotors such as brushless vacuum cleaner rotor, brushless power tool rotor, brushless hair dryer components.
The balance measurement structure Zero Dynamic’s Soft Bearing Rotor Balancing Machine High Precision Belt Drive Rotor Balancer is soft bearing and it has advantages of wider balance speed range, higher measurement accuracy and better repeatability accuracy. High sensitivity vibration sensors, customized data acquisition cards, and Zero Dynamic's high-precision balancing software enables the equipment to have far superior measurement accuracy (workpiece residual unbalance ≤0.5mg or even less). The equipment can be adapted to different workpieces by changing the fixture. The changeover is easy to do and the operator can independently change the fixture, re-calibrate the equipment after a simple training.
