Zero Dynamic’s 5 Ton Universal Joint Drive Balancing Machine for Motor Rotors, Impellers, Rollers is suitable for dynamic balance measurement of workpieces such as large and medium-sized motor rotor, water pump rotor, centrifuge rotor, large and medium-sized blower rotor, large and medium-sized paper machine drum, pulverizer rotor and so on.
Zero Dynamic’s 5 Ton Universal Joint Drive Balancing Machine for Motor Rotors, Impellers, Rollers adopts the integral H support frame, with light and reliable structure, small damping and good rigidity of vibration system. The equipment adopts universal coupling and gearbox transmission, which is suitable for the outer circle of the rotor can not use the belt transmission device or require a large transmission power. Special universal coupling drive has features of smooth power transmission, fast starting, easy to operate, can obtain a variety of balancing speed or stepless speed regulation. The equipment uses high sensitivity piezoelectric sensors with good linearity, durability and reliability.
