Zero Dynamic’s Field Balancing Meter, Portable Dynamic Balancing Machine is a portable 3+1 channel real-time analyzer specialized in the measurement of noise and vibration. It is suitable for field dynamic balancing of various rotors such as machine tools, fans, grinding wheels, pulveriser and other equipment. Calibration results can be saved and exported.
Zero Dynamic’s Field Balancing Meter, Portable Dynamic Balancing Machine includes 1 machine body, 2 vibration sensors, 1 tachometer, 1 charger, 1 manual, 1 electronic scale, 1 roll of reflective paper. It has harmonic vibration analysis, unbalance vibration analysis, easy to determine the cause of unbalance. The instrument can carry out fast and accurate balance measurement and correction through real-time sensors. The main board of the instrument uses a special filter circuit, which is a good solution to the problem of near-frequency interference.

4.1 BV expert is a portable 3+1 channel real-time anallyzer
specialized in the measurement of noise and vibration.
4.2 Under hash measurement environments, BVexpert's rugged and
durable cover is protected by a double injection molding process
and sealing to provide an assessment of IP65 compliance.
4.3 The BVexpert is equipped with an 8.1-inch large color touch
screen (1280*800 high resolution). The screen is a combination of
Microsoft's power Win10 operating system and touch, providing a
friendly and intuitive interface for users.
4.4 BVexpert employs a precision 24-bit ∑-△AD converter to provide
a high dynamic range that can obtain measurement signals with a
maximum bandwidth to up to 50kHZ.
4.5 BVexpert is composed of a 1.44 GHz CPU running a Windows 10
system and performing high-efficiency real-time signal analysis
with the fatest DSP chip available in the market.
