Zero Dynamic’s Four Station Brushless Motor Rotor, Micro Motor Rotor Automatic Balancing Machine is suitable for the dynamic balance measurement & automatic correction of all kinds of brushless motor magnetic rotor and miniature motor small rotor with the weight of 0.01-0.2kg, the diameter of φ6-φ30mm and the length of 20-120mm.
The measuring station of Zero Dynamic’s Four Station Brushless Motor Rotor, Micro Motor Rotor Automatic Balancing Machine adopts soft support structure, with high-precision vibration sensors, high measurement accuracy, good repeatability and high resistance to interference. This equipment has four stations, loading and unloading station, balance initial measurement station, balance correction station, balance re-measurement station. Four stations work at the same time, higher efficiency, suitable for mass production. The equipment comes with an assembly line, can be connected to the automated production line, can be docked to the MES system.
