1. Equipment Description
Zero Dynamic’s Rotor Components, Rotor Assembly Rough Trimming Automatic Balancing Machine is suitable for rough balancing of rotor components for high-speed motors such as high-speed blower motors, high-speed hoover motors etc. (It can reduce the residual unbalance of the product to ≤5mg, which is convenient for the subsequent laser balance correction to further reduce the residual unbalance to the qualified range). This roughing trimming balancing machine is usually used in conjunction with a rotor assembly laser balancing machine to optimize productivity.
Zero Dynamic’s Rotor Components, Rotor Assembly Rough Trimming Automatic Balancing Machine adopts soft bearing balance measurement structure and high sensitivity vibration sensor. Balance correction is done axially by drilling cutter on the rotor balance ring. Workpiece will not be moved during balance measurement and correction, reducing the error caused by multiple clamping. There will be sound and light prompts after qualification judgement to remind the operator and one operator can operate two machines at the same time.
