1. Equipment Description
Zero Dynamic’s Five Station Universal Motor Rotor Automatic Balancing Machine is suitable for dynamic balancing correction of all kinds of micro-small winding armature rotors such as rotors of electric tools, small household appliances, car starter motors, wiper motors and other motors with outer diameter of 20-60mm.
Zero Dynamic’s Five Station Universal Motor Rotor Automatic Balancing Machine adopts soft support structure, with high balancing precision and good repeatability. Two types of dynamic balancing milling methods, V knife/R knife, can be flexibly selected. This balancing machine, as a mechatronic equipment, uses the touch screen as the human-machine interaction interface for parameter setting and operation of the machine. The rotor handling between five stations is carried out by manipulator to realize fully automatic rotor balancing correction.

and designed for balance measurement and correction for universal
motor rotors.

milling cutter replacement, optimizing the traditional cutting
