1. Equipment Description

Zero Dynamic's Expandable Sleeve Type Fan Blade, Impeller Automatic Balancing Machine is applicable for the dynamic balance test and automatic scissor remove material of hole type plastic and aluminum alloy vacuum cleaner fan with diameter of 25mm - 120mm and center hole of 1.5mm - 8mm.

Zero Dynamic's Expandable Sleeve Type Fan Blade, Impeller Automatic Balancing Machine adopts high-precision elastic expandable sleeve structure which has high balance accuracy (with repeat measurement accuracy of ±1mg). The machine uses a scissor structure for automatic balance correction, which has higher productivity and precision than manual balance correction. Zero Dynamic’s self-developed dynamic balance software can collect, output and display the data generated during the whole process, providing a reliable source of data for subsequent quality improvement.

4. Main Features:

4.1 High compatibility. The equipment is applicable for all kinds of hole type plastic and aluminium alloy fan blades/impellers with diameters from Φ25mm to Φ120mm and centre holes from Φ1.5mm to Φ8mm with weights from 10 to 200 g.
4.2 High production efficiency. The equipment can automatically complete the balancing initial test, automatic scissor remove material and re-testing processes. One person can operate 2-3 machines, saving labour cost.
4.3 Easy changeover. The structure of the workpiece fixture is simple, easy to disassemble, and the operator can do changeover independently through simple training.
4.4 High precision. Precision rising sleeve structure, high-precision acceleration sensor, customised data acquisition card with Zero Dynamic's self-developed high-precision dynamic balancing software, the precision of the equipment meets the ISO1940 G1, which meets the actual use requirements of most products.
