Zero Dynamic’s Laptop CPU Cooling fan Glue Dispensing Balancing Machine, Laptop CPU Fan Balancing Machine solves the fan industry dynamic balance needs a lot of manual glue balance correction which have problems of low efficiency, poor consistency, difficult to trace test data. The equipment can complete the fully automatic glue dispensing and automatic curing. Through the design of the assembly line, the product will go through procedures of initial balance test, automatic glue dispensing, UV curing, balance retesting, OK product to enter the next process, NG product is automatically returned to the dispensing station through the assembly line to carry out balance correction again. Designed production cycle time is 10 seconds which can greatly improve the production efficiency, and balance accuracy can be up to 0.1mg.
