G-tech High Precision Cooling Fan Blade, Vacuum Cleaner Impeller Gripper Balancing Machine is a balancing machine designed for high speed server fans. It does not use the traditional way of using the fan stator to drive the fan blades, but uses a high precision spindle jaw to clamp the fan blades, which can greatly improve the precision and stability of dynamic balancing. It is suitable for high speed server fans from 4020~8038, and the highest balancing accuracy is below 1mg.
G-tech High Precision Cooling Fan Blade, Vacuum Cleaner Impeller Gripper Balancing Machine adopts tool machine grade high precision spindle and collet, equipped with high precision vibration detection accelerometer imported from the U.S.A. and built-in servo motor for automatic positioning. The equipment has built-in ISO1940 dynamic balancing standard and can perform balance measurement of single plane/double plane/three plane. The equipment calibration adopts the guided operation interface, which is easy to get started. Balancing data can be stored automatically.
