Tomato Paste Filling Machine for Tin Cans |
Frame | - The worktable plate shall be made of Q235 material with a thickness
of δ 35;
- The beam frame adopts 201 stainless steel square tube;
- The platform shall be processed into an overall plane of δ 30
through a gantry milling machine after overall welding, and the
platform shall be flat without concave-convex;
- The table is covered with SUS304 stainless steel panel for rust
prevention.

Empty can feeding device |
- 2 meters long inlet and outlet can conveyor belt, SUS304 side
plate;
- Wear-resistant flat top chain;
- Incoming can detection (automatically adjust the equipment
operation speed according to the incoming can conditions),
automatic can intercepting device.

Filling system | - The piston cylinder is machined with SUS304 customized honing pipe,
with smooth inner wall and finish of 0.4-0.8. It is resistant to
corrosion and abrasion;
- The valve core is processed by SUS304, the surface is hardened by
HRC45-50, and the external round grinding is added, and the finish
is 0.8. Teflon guide rings at the front and rear ends protect the
valve core from direct friction with the valve seat;
- The valve seat SUS304 is integrally cast, internally rounded, with
a finish of 0.8. Teflon guide rings at the front and rear ends
protect the valve core from direct friction with the piston rod;
- The piston rod is made of SUS304, with removable seal section
design, which can slightly adjust the filling volume. Teflon guide
rings at the upper and lower ends protect the piston rod from
direct friction with the piston;
- Quick installation of spring pressing block valve core, which can
quickly and easily take out the valve core and facilitate cleaning;
- Special rubber coated piston rod guide wheel, wear-resistant.

Products hopper and driving system | - The cylinder block is made of SUS304;
- The main shaft seat is made of SUS304 material, and the bearing is
Harbin shaft;
- The transmission bearing adopts customized slewing bearing, and
most of the weight of the filling machine is supported by the
slewing bearing, so as to ensure stable operation of the whole
machine, ensure accurate filling, reduce the load on the main shaft
and extend the service life of the equipment;
- The material cylinder can be equipped with coil insulation device
and mixing device;
- SUS 304 Stainless steel pneumatic ball valve feeding;
- Food grade high pressure hose

Quantitative filling and can height adjustment | - The filling volume is electrically adjusted and provided with
handwheel for fine adjustment;
- The filling height is electrically adjusted and provided with a
handwheel for fine adjustment;
- The filling switch device adopts thickened stainless steel plate
base processing, upper and lower PTFE guide blocks, cylinder
control switch, stable and durable.

Control system | - Detection of incoming can condition: if the incoming tank is
discontinuous, the tank will be automatically decelerated and cut
off;
- Can cut-off without can;
- Cut off cans and do not open the valve when the cylinder is in low
temperature;
- Reduce the speed and cut off cans in case of low liquid level;
- Temperature detection of feed pipe, no feeding if the temperature
fails to meet the set requirements;
- No filling without can, automatic on/off valve;
- The temperature sensor adopts the brand of LEG, and the
photoelectric sensor adopts the brand of stock in Germany.

panel for rust prevention;
- Intermediate plate SUS304, δ 18 whole plate, finishing into δ 16
overall plane, flat surface without concave-convex;
- Top plate Q235, δ 30 whole plate, finishing into the overall plane
of δ 28, the table surface is flat without concave-convex.

Jacking system | - SUS304 material (4 pieces) is adopted for the lifting spindle;
- The lifting screw rod is made of H62 material (4 pieces);
