Q4: Will my printer warranty be affected using compatible toner cartridge?
A: No. Equipment manufacturers cannot void warranty of your equipment or service contract for using remanufactured cartridges. Current Laws prohibit any manufacturer from requiring you to buy their product exclusively. A: South Yusen print pages are exactly the same as original toner cartridges with ISO standard. And some models are in higher print page yield then original cartridges.

Q9. How long can I get my order be deliveried?
A:For regular model toner cartridge, it cost 2-10 working days after received deposit or total payment for LCL / 20GP, while 10-20 working days after received deposit for 40GP.
