KPS4000 Series Piezoelectric Jetting Dispensing Valve
Features and Advantages
1. Reduce usage costs: Cancel the nozzle sealing seat + 1 sealing
ring to reduce the cost of valve body consumables.
2. Improve maintenance convenience: adopt a new structural design
of top calibration + nozzle position fixation to improve the
stability of glue spraying and the convenience of process
maintenance.
3. Optimize wiring space: Optimize the design of the piezoelectric
valve control cable (2 control lines are merged into 1) to save
wiring space.
4. Support online modification of process parameters: support fast
switching of 10 channel parameters, and realize real-time switching
of process parameters during operation through the external IO
interface.
5. Precision glue control mode: smaller valve opening time
(0.01ms), smaller delay time (0.1ms), more accurate glue spraying
process parameters, and stable control of small glue amounts.
6. Online detection function of glue spraying pulse number:
real-time monitoring of the number of glue spraying and the number
of lost dots, which can facilitate the troubleshooting of signal
loss problems with dispensing equipment.
7. Valve body closed-loop detection function: If there is an
abnormal problem of missing points due to poor cable contact during
the glue spraying process, detection and alarm reminders can be
carried out.
8. Visual fault management: fault information is prompted in
Chinese and English, providing accurate equipment fault location.
