Description

1. Material

The stator winding of this series of products adopts high-quality pure copper coil, and the rotor adopts sintered NdFeB rare earth permanent magnet, high standard material selection, and long service life of the product;

2. Design

ultra-light, ultra-thin, compact motor structure design, high power density (24nm/kg, 5.8kw/kg), small size, higher efficiency and wider economic operating range, with significant energy-saving effect;

3. Process

The stator skeleton adopts PEEK material with high strength and high insulation characteristics, the epoxy material filling and potting, which adopts high strength and high thermal conductivity, fills and seals to solve the fixing and cooling needs, the iron core adopts high magnetic permeability and low loss amorphous alloy material, the winding adopts spiral centralized molding, multi-stage winding, SMC material and permanent magnet fixation, and adopts magnetic pole shoe process and demagnetization protection technology to ensure the stability and reliability of the product.
