The stainless steel reactor requires high-temperature heating, and temperature control is very important. The following is an introduction:
1. The heating temperature of the reaction kettle can be manually or automatically controlled, and the temperature is displayed in real-time on the electric control box or touch screen display. The temperature of the jacket is different from the temperature inside the tank, and the jacket temperature is higher compared to the temperature inside the tank because it is heated through jacket heat transfer.
2. A typical three-layer structure reactor has a temperature sensor in the middle jacket layer and a temperature sensor in the inner tank, which is connected to the electrical control box. When the set temperature value is reached, the heating will automatically stop. An alarm device can also be installed.
3. For example, the thermal oil circulation heating and water bath circulation heating we use, whether it is an electric heating reactor or a steam heating reactor, temperature is an important issue that directly affects the reaction of materials.
4. Reminder for manual observation, and the electric heating rod or wire at the bottom of the tank is also configured with wattage based on the heating temperature, as well as whether there are any electrical obstacles or heating duration for the user.
