Why is autoclave temperature 121?
Autoclave uses saturated steam and entrained water. The required pressure serves to attain high temperature, which is capable of quickly killing microorganisms. The minimum required standard for the exposure of a wrapped medical device is 30 minutes at 121°C or 4 minutes at 132°C in a prevacuum sterilizer.

Autoclaving

Finished cutting using grouping crane carry to the front of autoclave grouped,

Curing process

After slurry pouring into the mould, put the mould box into the curing room with 50～70℃. After 2-3 hours curing,the blocks become solid

Batching, mixing and pouring process

The lime, cement will convey by conveyor to the dry powder measure scale to scale separately. The slurry convey by slurry pump
then to the automatic scale;the power and slurry put into the mixer,pouring into the mould.
