1. Introduction

Polytetrafluoroethylene hose and stainless steel metal hose have similar functions, fine appearance and organization, no mechanical impurities, high strength, excellent chemical stability, corrosion resistance, sealing, self-lubricating, non viscous, electrical insulation and excellent anti-aging ability. They can be used for a long time at -60~250 ℃, and have reliable and excellent corrosion resistance. They are used to transport strong corrosive media under high temperature.

3. Product features

• High temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and high pressure resistance. This product can withstand high temperature steam of 250 ℃ inside the hose under a pressure of 3kg/cm2, and the skin temperature does not exceed 60 ℃, ensuring work safety.
• Lightweight and highly flexible. This product has undergone special assembly treatment, and a hose with a total length of 2m (including both ends) weighs only 500g. Greatly reducing the workload of operators, while also having strong flexibility, free bending, and absolutely not obstructing ventilation with wrinkles.
• Strong resistance to damage. This product is protected by advanced Japanese technology stainless steel double buckle self-locking spiral hose, which can withstand a tensile force of 180kg and is not damaged during normal use.
