Knitted wire mesh is made by crocheting or knitting a variety of wire materials, including stainless steel, copper, synthetic fibers and other materials.

Knitted wire mesh products are suitable for low temperature, high temperature, corrosive atmosphere, heat conduction, high utilization rate or special service applications.

Knitted wire diameter: 0.10mm-0.55mm (commonly used: 0.2-0.28mm)

The standard weave of insulation mesh is 8 stitches per inch wide and 6-8 stitches per inch long.

Knitted wire mesh filters are also known as braided wire mesh, or gas and liquid filters.
Knitted wire mesh filters are composed of knitted wire mesh, or together with a wire mesh and frame. It is widely used in cooking, chemical, petroleum and other fields for gas, liquid or gas filtration, the typical application is oil filtration. Braided mesh filters with a large surface area provide optimal performance and low resistance. The filtration efficiency is as high as 98%, which is unmatched by other types of filters.
When used as Grease Filter, it is installed above cooking equipment to eliminate entrained grease and fat, prevent them from entering the extraction dust and cause fire hazards. It can also supply protection for the motors and blowers.
