Series PCD00A-400 electronic module for drivingproportional pressure control and proportional throttlevalves is compact and easy to install with DlN railmounting and plug-in terminals. The module is de.signed to drive two coils independent of each other.The digital design allows for programmable parameterssuch as solenoid drive current, mins, maxs, rampsand setpoints.The module provides flexibility andrepeatability from unit to unit. The module parametersare programmed with an RS-232 interface and userfriendly software (ProPxD) with default values for stan-dard valves.
The PCD00A-400 module contains the functionsrequired by typical pressure control and throttle valveapplications (series RE"W, PE"W, DSAE, VBY, VMY,TDA, and TEA valves)

The new ProPxD software permits comfortable parametersetting for the electronic module series PCD, PWD, PZD and PID.
Via the clearly arranged entry mask the parameters can benoticed and modified, Storage of complete parameter sets tofloppy or hard disk is possible as well as printout or recordas a text file for further documentation. Stored parametersets may be loaded anytime and transmitted to the electronicmodule in the same manner as the basic parameters whichare available for all usable valve series.Inside the electronica nonvolatile memory stores the data with the option forrecalling or modification.
